What if the Asian Games military service exemptions were abolished?

Men's baseball, soccer, volleyball, basketball
would mostly be composed of university teams, right?
Since baseball and soccer are nearing the end of their seasons,
even second-tier rookies wouldn't be eligible for call-ups.
As for basketball and volleyball, the season starts
in about a month.
But seeing how women's basketball and volleyball are exempt from military service benefits
yet still send their A-teams,
maybe basketball and volleyball will be different?
