I think Nowon has the best value for money in Seoul

It might be because I live in Nowon, haha
But I really think it's a great place for ordinary people to live.
Accessibility to CBD and Gangnam is decent,
and most importantly, I think the fact that education is sorted is a huge plus.
There are plenty of other neighborhoods with apartment price ranges similar to Nowon, like Dobong, Gangbuk, Geumcheon, or Guro,
but Nowon is the only one where you can actually secure what is known as a good school district.
