How do people order food delivery in high-end luxury apartments?

I don't mean something like an ultra-luxurious private villa.
I mean those apartments in Gangnam or Seocho that are around 25 pyeong but cost over 3.5 billion KRW.
The kind of apartments where, even just looking at Street View without visiting, you get the feeling they wouldn't allow motorcycles on the ground level.
The kind where security guards seem to be stationed in the lobby of every building line to make people sign an entry log.
Even in those types of apartments, if we assume they do allow motorcycles on the ground and don't keep entry logs,
do they just give out the floor/unit passcode and let them come up, just like apartments in other areas?
