The most attractive and compelling aspect of Chun Doo-hwan's leadership

‌
The fact that he definitely takes care of those who follow him.
In reality, there are many leaders or bosses who fail to do this.
However, whether it was those he liked or those he disliked, the fact that both sides acknowledged him shows that when it came to looking after his followers, he was truly consistent.
This aspect is even reflected in "Made in Korea":
"Yes, loyalty and devotion are everything. But if the country doesn't recognize that loyalty and devotion, how painful must that feel? At least one person should recognize it. I will take responsibility for you until the very end, just as much as you gave for me. Even your family."
I think this line itself shows the essence of Chun Doo-hwan's actual leadership.
This one point is definitely for real.
