I support military exemptions!

Instead of only granting exemptions for sports, let's make it so that anyone who excels in their respective field gets one. Honestly, rather than a military maintained just to support high-ranking brass, don't we need professional soldiers who receive proper training like in the US? I heard that nowadays, they move indoors as soon as it hits 28°C. LOL LOL LOL LOL. They use their cell phones all the time. Let's just switch to a volunteer recruitment system instead of wasting useless budget.
