Then column-structured apartments are the ones that won't become slums even after 30 years and allow for pipe replacements
Most ultra-high-rise tower types are column-structured and were built with separate piping systems
Even though Tower Palace is 25 years old, compared to surrounding 25-year-old apartments, it looks much more luxurious and has a better exterior
Previously, these ultra-high-rises were usually cheaper and less popular due to low land ownership shares and high floor area ratios
But in reality, in areas where reconstruction is not a factor, the highest prices are all for these types of apartments (In Songdo or Cheongna, the most expensive ones are these types of apartments)
