What is so remarkable about Rhyu Si-min

Among the ABC theories, he is someone whose actions resemble B,
whose words smell like rotting fish coming out of his mouth,
who seems more likely to blow things up than to build them up,
and who only crawls out to do low-level, law-exempt mercenary broadcasting;
he is like a large thorn already embedded in the sole of a shoe rather than a mere pebble, and he is truthfully saying, "That person is Rhyu Si-min."
