The mindset of professional athletes versus those in niche sports is fundamentally different

Athletes in niche sports view the Asian Games as a major event itself;
while military service exemption is important, achieving results is also a top priority for them.
However, for sports like soccer, basketball, or baseball, it seems like they are truly competing solely for the military exemption, so the mindset is definitely different.
In niche sports, athletes participate even without the military exemption.
In professional sports, they won't participate if there is no military exemption.
