Have you ever met someone who is extremely quiet?

Have you ever met someone who hardly says a word when eating together, whether at work or anywhere else?
The type of person who only gives a word or two if you initiate the conversation, but otherwise says nothing at all.
The kind of person who keeps the atmosphere almost completely silent until the food arrives.
I wonder if there is at least one such person in every ten.
