Did anyone predict the drop in house prices in '22?

Even back then, new record highs were being set in the first half of the year; did anyone predict a decline in the second half? I remember there was a lot of talk about how house prices would rise during interest rate hikes and how they couldn't possibly drop due to the supply shortage.
