Chinese men are truly terrible at basketball and volleyball, even though they have every advantage

Since there is a difference in the base talent pool for women, they can dominate using height.
But men's basketball and volleyball are a total disaster.
These guys have a huge advantage; in Korea or Japan, the number of people measuring over 2 meters in physical exams per year must be very small, but in China, how many centers are there over 210cm?
In basketball, there is a handicap regarding not using naturalized players, but in the past, they used to overcome that just with their height advantage. Now, they are losing to Japan's third-string team.
Even in men's volleyball, they are losing to Korea.
Even if they are bad at soccer, it should be hard for them to be this bad at these two sports given their population.
