I ordered soft tofu from Coupang, but it arrived damaged

This is the first time this has happened, so I'm not feeling very good about it.
I was thinking of just using them since 4 out of the 6 were intact,
but looking at the refund request, there's no option for a partial refund.
I can just go ahead and request a full refund, right?
