Mokdong Apartment Complex 10 Reconstruction

Hyundai Engineering & Construction is handling the reconstruction of Mokdong Apartment Complex 10...
Once completed, the apartment name will be...
The H Mokdong Esser....
"Esser" means 10 in Hebrew, lol
Does it look cool if people don't recognize it?
Are they going to hang an Israeli flag on the complex flagpole??
