Kiosks have played a part in the failure of self-employed businesses

I worked my tail off to earn money through hard labor, and when I finally went out to spend it,
the shop just pointed at a kiosk and told me to use that.
The elderly people there end up breaking a sweat, feeling pressured by the customers waiting behind them, just to manage to place an order.
Naturally, there's no staff member kindly explaining the food or recommending courses or menu items.
To spend more money and keep the economy moving, customers need to feel satisfied, but this ruins the opportunity. I came to spend money, but it just ruined my mood.
And has the introduction of kiosks made the menu any cheaper? Not at all. Since they bought the machine, they just raised the menu prices.
