Did the non-mainstream Kim Min-seok defeat the pro-Moon Chung Chung-rae?

Does the fact that the "Moon-Jo-Teol-Rae-Yu" (the mainstream Democratic Party faction) lost to the non-mainstream Lee Jae-myung & Kim Min-seok mean
that the party leadership is shifting to Lee Jae-myung, contrary to the wishes of the "other-camp" and "Teol-cheon-ji" supporters? It seems like a good sign.
