Would high-paid actors appear in daily or weekend dramas if they were paid enough?

Actors like Lee Byung-hun, Choi Min-sik, Jun Ji-hyun, Kim Ji-won, and so on...
If they were paid enough, would they appear in weekday daily dramas or weekend dramas?
I have never seen actors of this caliber appearing in such dramas.
