There is one thing we must certainly do

12.3 The people who stopped the martial law insurrection are the citizens of Seoul.
To all our fellow citizens,
we must go beyond mere gratitude and express our deepest respect to the citizens of Seoul
who ran to Yeouido at that very day and time to stop the armed martial law forces with nothing but their bare bodies.
They are truly brave, patriotic citizens.
It is thanks to people like them that our country holds hope.
Once again, I offer my respect and gratitude to them.
