Medical school tuition in Korea is seriously cheap...

If it's around this much per year,
it seems incredibly cheap compared to Korea's GDP...
especially compared to a doctor's expected income...
In other words, there isn't much merit to offering free tuition
for the Regional Physician System. If they have the talent, they'll just take out loans to go to school in Seoul..
