I think Japanese professional baseball should also be reduced to 10 teams

The gap in competitive strength between teams is severe.
It means there are four more teams like Hanwha or Lotte.
Wouldn't it be better to raise the league level
by reducing it to 10 teams?
In Japan, it seems like only the pitchers from the top 4 teams
are actually usable,
and the remaining 8 teams aren't much different
from our teams.
Why do we always get crushed by Japan?
When I watch Japanese professional baseball, I don't get the feeling
that they are incredibly good.
Baseball is a sport where 90% of the win or loss is decided
by which pitcher comes out.
Points just don't get scored when the 1st or 2nd starters are pitching,
but when the rest of them come out, even Japanese professional baseball is a mess..
