Should Son Heung-min retire from the national team vs. Should he stay?

In my opinion, I wish he would retire.
First of all, his form has declined, and he needs to hand over his spot to younger players.
Continuing to play is just Son Heung-min being greedy.
Furthermore, he is failing to fulfill his role as the national team captain.
Take the conflict with Lee Kang-in during the last Asian Cup.
The same goes for this World Cup; Son Heung-min is at the center of it.
Why does the national team captain keep getting caught up in such controversies?
