What are the seller's obligations under FCA regarding the on-board notation?

The seller's basic duty is to deliver to the carrier at the named place. Under Incoterms 2020 the parties may additionally agree that the buyer instructs the carrier to issue an on-board bill of lading, which the seller must then pass to the buyer.
