Tucson Full Change Gasoline vs. Hybrid

If you were in my shoes, which one would you buy?
I drive a lot in the city and rarely use the highway, and my total mileage isn't that high.
I'm well aware of the various conveniences a hybrid offers, but my priority is making an economical decision.
What do you think?
