In my neighborhood, they say they will soon submit all the consent forms for the Special Maintenance Zone and hold a meeting about reconstruction at the church hall..
If everyone submits the consent forms for the Special Maintenance Zone after the resident briefing at the hall is finished, does it mean the reconstruction project can definitely proceed with demolition and new construction?
Regarding the period for demolition, new construction, and moving in, they seem to be saying very strictly that it will span from the 2030 Mediterranean World Cup to the following Saudi World Cup. (In reality, there are not even 10 years left until 2030 or 2034; there are only 8 years left)
Furthermore, since there are a large number of apartments, is it even absolutely possible to demolish them in 4 years and complete construction in 8 years?
