Is Richarlison a thug or is Tottenham a thug?

Tottenham and Richarlison had contracts ending in the 26-27 season, and Tottenham held a one-year contract extension option.
According to De Zerbi, the club attempted to discuss the one-year extension with Richarlison during the preseason,
but because Richarlison remained silent, the extension did not proceed,
and Richarlison went around mentioning that he wanted to move to another team.
Throughout this summer, the club tried to maximize transfer fee revenue, but things did not go well.
At the last minute, a connection with Everton was made, and they attempted to proceed with a completely separate deal where Tottenham would take Ndiaye and Everton would take Richarlison. This led Richarlison to act out, essentially saying, "I won't move according to your wishes."
He then reached a personal agreement with Trabzonspor in Turkey at a level approximately three times his current wages.
However, typically, when a personal agreement is inflated like this, it works very disadvantageously for the current club during transfer fee negotiations. (Naturally, if a significant amount is spent on a player's wages, the transfer fee inevitably decreases)
This is difficult to achieve in the first place unless the player is an FA or the club has waived the transfer fee.
Tottenham signed Richarlison from Everton for 60m four years ago, and the known transfer fee when trying to sell him this time was around 35m.
However, it is reported that Trabzonspor did not offer more than 10m~20m. In any case, the transfer fee issue was ultimately not resolved, and in the meantime, Trabzonspor filled their three-foreigner quota by signing a forward from Midtjylland.
