There is no way housing prices will stabilize

It all comes down to supply and demand.
Moving forward, there will be no new supply, and there won't even be properties coming onto the market due to acquisition and transfer taxes.
In a complex of 1,000 units, only about 10 listings are coming out now, and not even half of those are reasonably priced.
Now, there are no Jeonse or monthly rental options either. But people still have to live somewhere.
Stop running on "hope circuits" thinking that housing prices will stabilize.
You'll ruin your life that way.
