Anyone else deal with excessive body heat?

My entire body feels very hot.
My hands are warm, and I feel a lot of heat throughout my body and head.
It doesn't matter what the season is..
My hands especially get very hot,
to the point where I feel like I could fire off an energy blast if I waited just a little longer.. lol
For those of you who also have a lot of body heat, how do you manage it?
