Honestly, I don't understand guys who say they like Japanese women

If you look at Japanese Yobai culture or their views on sexuality,
they are incredibly promiscuous, yet these guys claim Japanese women are the best, even over Korean women.
Don't you find it incomprehensible how they've lost their minds like this?
