What is the bank's disclaimer on the effectiveness of documents?

Banks assume no liability for the form, sufficiency, accuracy, genuineness, falsification or legal effect of any document, nor for the description, quantity, condition or existence of the goods it represents. Their duty stops at the face of the documents.
