What tint density do you usually use for a panoramic sunroof?

I bought a used car, but I'm not sure if the sunroof tinting was never done or if it's just very light... whenever my child sits in the second row, they keep asking me to close the sunroof because of the glare. ㅜㅜ
I'm planning to get the whole car re-tinted, and when I asked a shop, they said they usually use the same density for the sunroof as the windshield... If I go with 30%, I'm worried the sunroof might be too dark...
What did everyone else do?
