Why is Trump targeting our country so specifically?

During the heyday of President Lee Jae-myung's administration, during tariff negotiations with the United States,
a promise was made to invest directly in the U.S.
(Whether it was direct investment or cash payments is still a matter of debate)
Our country dragged its feet on execution (which wasn't a bad idea)
and up until now, neither cash nor investment has been provided.
In the midst of this, an unexpected semiconductor jackpot hit, which could have been handled quietly,
but instead, the Honam Mega Project was announced with a 90-degree bow to the chaebols.
In a rush, skipping over the issue of the Gwangju Military Airport and U.S. military base sites,
everyone knows this is an act to seize party control and secure a second term,
so there is no reason it wouldn't reach Trump's ears.
Naturally, Trump was furious, but like a true businessman, he is using this as leverage
to demand troop deployment, semiconductor factory investments in the U.S., and missile sales...
He holds all the winning cards.
The Lee Jae-myung administration has to give in to everything. Otherwise, it is a scenario for regime collapse.
His stance on Japan is different. Since they won't be able to deploy troops anyway due to the Peace Constitution, he is coddling them
to put even more pressure on South Korea.
Conclusion: Due to Lee Jae-myung's greed for consecutive party leadership, Trump has gained even more power.
He truly cannot be anything but the worst president. Worse than Lee Myung-bak.
