Is this even professional volleyball if you bench all the starters?

Even if it's a cup tournament, it's not like they'll run out of energy after just two games.
They could just substitute and use them during the match,
but if they just bench all the starters from the very beginning and send them to the stands,
are the fans who paid money to watch the game just suckers?
Woori Card is hopeless, seriously.
They shouldn't even be called professionals.
