Is Russia an unpopular country in Korea??

‌Personally, I dislike China and North Korea the most,
but I don't dislike Russia..
They have transferred a lot of weapon technology to us,
they purchase many of our products and show a lot of affinity for us,
and I think it is a country where we have a lot to exchange because many of our interests align.
But looking at the comments in the bullpen, it seems like there is a lot of dislike.
