Kim Min-jae Rejects Transfer Offer from EPL Champions Arsenal, Satisfied with Life at Bayern Munich

‌It has been reported that Bayern Munich's Kim Min-jae has rejected a transfer offer from English Premier League (EPL) champions Arsenal. Kim is reportedly satisfied with his life at Munich, and the club also appears to no longer consider him a candidate for sale.
German media outlet 'TZ' reported on the 25th (local time) that "Arsenal recently inquired about Kim Min-jae but was quickly rejected."
After the pursuit of Kim Min-jae fell through, Arsenal sought a replacement and signed Aston Villa's England international defender Ezri Konsa.
Arsenal was not the only EPL club pushing for Kim Min-jae's signing. Manchester United and Nottingham Forest also showed interest, and it is reported that Aston Villa, the UEFA Europa League winners, also attempted to sign him but were rejected.
TZ cited Kim's satisfaction with his current position and life within the team as the reason he chose to remain at Munich despite interest from English clubs.
Bayern Munich also appears to no longer be considering Kim's transfer. Max Eberl, Bayern's sporting director, noted that while they intended to sell Kim last summer, a transfer is no longer a subject of discussion.
Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany also holds Kim Min-jae in high regard. During a recent Asia tour in Jeju Island, Kompany praised Kim, saying, "He is a monster of a defender and very fast. Kim always provides the right answers both on and off the pitch. His performance has always been top-tier for us."
