For Man Utd, Carrick is a bigger problem than the players

In the Man City match, even when Foden was sent off in the 20th minute,
we lost.
And today was the same; we played against 10 men
and lost every single time. With our current squad depth, we should be able to maintain a numerical advantage against a team like Tottenham, so failing to do so is even more nonsensical. A tactic that can't even manage a draw when winning, where the midfield is completely cut off, is truly hopeless.
