Move the Courts, Police Agency, Prosecutors' Office, and SNU to Sejong

Move the National Assembly to Sejong as well.
If the buildings can be remodeled into studio apartments, convert them;
for those that can't, tear them down.
Then, supply them as public rental land-lease single-family houses.
Buying an apartment is for fools.
Either inherit from your parents
or living in a brand-new single-family house
will become the mainstream trend.
Remodel the National Assembly building into a community center
and supply the site as public rental land for housing.
