Even now, they are exempting half of the social service personnel just because they don't want to pay out those salaries.
Even those who just run coffee errands at the community center and play on their phones until they clock out are receiving that much.
It is expected that the current social service system will eventually be phased out in the long run, so why are these "Young Forty" older guys talking nonsense without understanding the trends of the times?
