I got window tinting done recently, is this a defect?!

I recently had 3M CR installed.
It looks cloudy where the sunlight hits, but it doesn't seem to look like that in areas where the sun doesn't reach.
It feels a bit murky. I'm not sure if this is just a characteristic of the film, so I'm asking the experts here.
