I've felt this for a while, but the film industry has some bizarre aspects

‌It's like no matter what they do, people applaud them and protect them.
The way they form these unbreakable circles of connections
by calling each other "older brother," "younger brother," or "older sister,"
and that whole senior-junior culture.
But then again, the entertainment industry is naturally like that,
so I wonder if it's even a problem unique to the film industry.
