Suing all former employees who failed to pay 160,000 KRW in settlements before resignation

I will sue all former employees who failed to pay their settlements before leaving—3 people for 30,000 KRW each and 1 person for 70,000 KRW, totaling 160,000 KRW—and proceed with compulsory bank account execution before I leave.
To firmly correct the bad habit of thinking things will just fade away when the person in charge changes, I will register these as national claims before they mature in 2027, report all those within the institution who try to avoid this to the audit department, and proceed with compulsory execution.
