Since my teens, I've known that "Sundae-guk" and "Sundae-gukbap" are two different things

Looking at the debate today, it seems like a lot of people use the terms interchangeably.
It feels like just yesterday when I first received a bowl of Sundae-guk and thought, 'Huh? Why did they call it Sundae-guk when there's no sundae in here, just a bunch of pork scraps?'
Also, this was my first time seeing perilla seed powder on the table.
