For those who run, are you able to maintain your weight well?
I lost 6kg after about 6 weeks of dieting.
This is my current weight after gaining weight while studying to change jobs and then joining the new company.
To get back to my usual weight, I need to lose 3kg more,
and to get back to my peak condition, I need to lose 5kg more.
Losing weight is fine, but the problem is maintenance.
I used to maintain it by doing strength training at home,
but now that I can't maintain it anymore, I've reduced my strength training and started slow jogging (due to time constraints) to try and make an effort,
but I'm not sure if I'll be able to maintain it after losing the weight.
Since starting this job, there are many occasions to eat, and when I go on dates with women, I end up eating sweets, which changes my appetite and leads to a pattern of gaining weight.
Even though I am adding running to my routine, I'm worried that if I break down and gain weight again later, I might have to switch to eating only one meal a day.
But if I do that, I feel like I won't be able to socialize well with people...
