Isn't the strict hierarchy culture in Gag Concert becoming a thing of the past lately?

Looking at the last 1-2 years of Gag Concert before COVID-19 or Gag Concert after COVID-19,
it seems like the strict hierarchy culture hardly appears anymore.
I'm not sure if it's because it's not as popular as it used to be.
