Top 20 Cities by GDP per Capita in Korea and Japan

As expected, Tokyo, the capital of Japan, ranks first in GDP per capita within Japan.
In contrast, Ulsan ranks first in GDP per capita in Korea. For reference, Seoul is 3rd, and Chungnam is 2nd. It is usually normal for a capital or the largest city to rank 1st in GDP per capita, so Korea is a very unusual case.
