According to the legal community on the 26th, the Criminal Division 1 of the Busan District Court, Dongbu Branch (Presiding Judge Lee Dong-gi), sentenced Mr. A, who was indicted on charges of rape, quasi-rape, and sexual intercourse with a person under protection, to 5 years in prison.
The court also ordered Mr. A to complete 80 hours of a sexual violence treatment program and imposed a 5-year employment restriction.
