Used K8s seem cheap lately, wouldn't they be a good choice?

My wife drives a 5 Series,
but she barely drives 5,000km a year.
So I was thinking of selling it and buying a cheaper car,
and while looking into the K8, the used prices seem quite reasonable.
I rode in a friend's car and the build quality didn't seem much different from a Grandeur.
