First time visiting Shilla Hotel Jeju

I am going with my wife and baby, but besides swimming, what else can we do to make sure we have a great time?
So far, we are only considering two places outside the hotel: the aquarium and Arte Museum.
Looking at reviews from other moms, it seems like they spend all their time inside the hotel; is that enough?
Please let me know your suggestions.
