Roundabouts must be included in the driver's license exam

I believe written tests, practical exams, and road training should all include them.
I can't tell if people in Korea simply don't follow roundabout traffic rules or if they don't know them.
When driving abroad,
you truly feel the greatness of roundabouts.
It is an incredibly efficient traffic system.
However, it doesn't work in Korea.
1. Vehicles cutting in even though the circulating vehicle has priority.
2. Vehicles not using turn signals when entering or exiting.
3. The rule that circulating vehicles stay in the inner lane and exiting vehicles use the outer lane.
Hardly anyone follows these rules.
