What if professional baseball players' salaries were capped at 1 billion won?

Would there be a riot? Looking at their skills, around 500 million won seems just about right.
If they wanted to earn more, they would at least make an effort to go to the NPB or MLB.
But since making money is easy even with the current KBO "variety show" style of play, isn't that why their skills are so mediocre?
Honestly, I think the biggest problem with the salary bubble is the fans who treat them like idols!
