Conservatives like Park Chung-hee, Chun Doo-hwan, Roh Tae-woo, and Lee Myung-bak
have many achievements.
The leftists Roh Moo-hyun, Kim Dae-jung, and Moon Jae-in served three terms in total;
Kim Dae-jung's internet powerhouse status and Roh Moo-hyun's FTA
are what come to mind first.
Are there any other examples?
Something like the highways, Incheon Airport, or Cheonggyecheon?
