I've noticed a lot of people with tattoos among delivery workers lately

When I see people delivering food, I notice many of them have tattoos on their forearms or calves, like the Four Heavenly Kings or Japanese ogres.
I run into them often in elevators, and honestly, it's a bit intimidating.
Recently, there was a case where someone with tattoos killed their friend and was walking around covered in blood.
Since there are many criminals with tattoos who commit murders, it makes me feel this way.
